Arrival: On Friday the 21st of May 2010 at 12:00 am, we will be expecting you, our dear guests, in Dortmund. Our reception desk will be open from 12:00 till 3:45 pm. There you will receive your congress brochure and all other necessary information.

During the congress the reception desk will be open all day for further questions and information.

Departure: The congress will come to a close on Tuesday the 25th of May 2010 around 12 am. You can pick up a packed lunch for your travel home. Please order it at the congress office during the duration of the international congress.

After the closing of the congress there will be several “Happenings” in Dortmund’s city center. More detailed information will be given throughout the congress.

Take the train to Dortmund central station:

From there you can take a local train to Tierpark station. Get off at Tierpark station, and then you have approximately a 15-minute walk. Stay to your right coming out of the station. Continue under the train tracks, and then turn right and follow alongside the railroad tracks. After about 300 meters you will come to Mergelteichstraße. Take a left and follow the road until you see the Waldorf School and the International congress on the right-hand side.

You can also take the bus from Dortmund central station. Get off at Dortmund Zoo, which takes you right in front of the Waldorf School and the International congress.

Follow the motorway A1 or A45 until Westhofener Kreuz. Follow then the A45 until junction 8 Dortmund-Süd. Continue on B54 to Dortmund until exit Zoo, Wellinghofen. Then follow the signs to Tierpark/Zoo, which will lead you to Mergelteichstraße, and the international congress on your right-hand side.

The nearest international airport is Düsseldorf. Frankfurt is also another option. For a connecting flight your best bet is to choose Dortmund airport.
